"Took a While to Arrive"
The shipping was slower than I expected, which was kind of frustrating because I kept checking for updates and thinking it would show up sooner. Not the end of the world, but yeah, the wait was definitely longer than I would’ve liked...

"Prices Are Kinda Hit or Miss"
I’ve stopped by Holiday Wine Cellar a few times, and yeah, they’ve got a decent selection. The prices though, they’re kind of all over the place. Some bottles seem totally fair, but then others feel a little pricey compared to what I’ve seen at other shops. It’s not a bad place at all, I just wouldn’t say it’s always the best deal.

"I couldn't find what I wanted"
I was kind of disappointed because the selection felt limited to me. I went in expecting to grab my usual, but they didn’t have it, so there really wasn’t much for me to pick from.

"Clunky site, gave up"
Tried ordering wine, but the site was just a hassle. Slow pages, wonky filters, confusing checkout. Had to keep going back to fix basic stuff. Store might be fine, but the website lost me.
"Rare Bottle Wasn’t Actually Available"
I ordered a rare bottle that the site clearly showed as in stock, only to get told later that they didn’t actually have it. Annoying, especially since that bottle was the whole reason I ordered from these clowns in the first place. Totally took the fun out of it, and now I’m back to searching everywhere again. They really need to get their stock info sorted

"Pretty disappointing stop"
I stopped in to grab a bottle, but the whole visit felt kind of off. The staff barely looked up when I came in (which always makes things a little awkward), and the prices seemed higher than I expected. I ended up leaving frustrated and bought what I needed somewhere else...

"I had a small issue with my order..."
I had a small issue with my order and ended up messaging customer service to get it sorted out.
They got back to me after a bit and were actually helpful. The person I talked to was nice, and thankfully it didn’t turn into a whole long back-and-forth thing.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the delay was definitely on their end, and it would’ve been better if they replied sooner. Still, once they did, the support was solid.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up crushed, which was disappointing. Maybe it happened during shipping and not before, I’m not totally sure, but it still made me question how well it was packed.
"One bottle was the wrong one"
I ordered a few bottles and, for the most part, everything showed up correctly. I was unpacking the box on my kitchen counter after getting home, and noticed one bottle wasn’t the one I picked. Not a huge deal since the rest of the order was right, but it was still a little annoying.
